Hello. I've been thinking about something this week. You know that moment when this leader speaks and something settles. Not because they're forceful, not because they dominate the room, but because they're there fully. The body and the words are saying the same thing.

And I don't think we talk about this enough. We spend so much time teaching leaders how to perform confidence, communicate better, be more influential, but very little time asking what does it actually feel like to be fully yourself while leading? Because maybe you felt it before. A conversation that felt unexpectedly easy? A decision that came without the usual friction?

A moment where there was no gap between who you were and how you showed up? I've started calling that embodied authority. And the question I've been sitting with this week is how do we make that the baseline rather than the exception? Thanks for listening.
